Privacy Policy
When you create an account with Butterfly Reflections, Ink you are authorizing us to store your name, mailing address, email address and phone number for the purpose of shipping orders and occasional promotional newsletters or emails. Your payment information is never stored with Butterfly Reflections, Ink. If at anytime you wish to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters you may do so by filling out the subscribe/unsubscribe form at the bottom of this page. If at any time you wish to delete your account and all accompanying information please use the contact form and it will be taken care of as soon as possible. 
Domestic Orders (effective 10/20/21)
Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $6.00 for orders consisting of stamps, dies and stencils ONLY. Please try to choose the correct method when checking out. Those shortages add up and I don't want to go to one flat {higher} rate. If you choose priority and I can ship it first class, I do refund the overage. Otherwise, orders will be sent via flat rate priority bubble mailer costing $9 as prices just increased to $8.75. I can no longer honor free shipping while running a sale or on clearance items. US orders of $77 or more on REGULAR PRICED items will continue to ship FREE every day!

International Orders 
Shipping outside of the US is a flat rate of $26.50 for first class orders consisting of stamps, dies and stencils ONLY. Otherwise, orders will be sent via flat rate "priority" bubble mailer costing $42.50. Please note that even though these packages say priority, they are NOT considered priority by the USPS and are considered first class which CANNOT be tracked. In the event that shipping is more than what you were originally charged, you will be charged the difference if the incorrect shipping method was chosen. Likewise, if I can ship for LESS than paid, I do refund the shipping overage.
I will only accept returns for damaged or duplicate items purchased (from my shop). Authorized returns will be issued store credit. Clearance items are final sale/non-refundable.
When ordering current in stock items along with pre-orders, your whole order will not ship until ALL items are in stock. If you would like the in stock items right away you will need to place separate orders.
Frequent Shopper Rewards Program
When shopping the store you will notice all items list the amount of points earned when purchased at the bottom of the product page. You must be logged in to your account to accumulate points. 
You can view your accumulated points earned by going to "My Account" and then scroll down to "My Rewards." The program is set up to reward you with 3% of your purchase total. For example, if you spend $100 in the store you will have 300 rewards points, that you can apply to a future order. Percentage offered is subject to change. 
To redeem your points you will have to go to the item page and rather than add to cart you will click on "Purchase using ### points". When viewing your rewards points on your account page there is a link to redeem points. Unfortunately this page tries to load ALL (as in thousands) of our items on ONE page. This causes the page to crash or not load at all. We are trying to find a way around this but have been unsuccessful so far. The best way to redeem points is to go to a specific product you want and use the purchase with points button.
EXCLUSIONS: Items added to the shop within the past 60 days, as well as gift certificates, will not have the option to purchase using points. You do however earn points when purchasing them.
